1. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation:

  • Subject Line: “Order Cancellation Request – [Order Number]”
  • Include: Your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.

Once your cancellation request is received within the 12-hour window, we will process it, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Note: If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy instead.


2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns and provide refunds for eligible products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) must be provided.
  • Certain products (e.g., perishable goods, personalized items) may be exempt from returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email epic.grid@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Subject Line: “Return Request – [Order Number]”
    • Include: Your name, order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
  3. Return Shipment: Once approved, ship the product back to:EPIC GRID SDN. BHD.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or incorrect:

  • Used or damaged products.
  • Products not in their original packaging.
  • Items purchased beyond the 30-day return window.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide:

  • Photos/videos of the issue.
  • Order number and product details.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
