Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

1. Shipping Area
We currently offer shipping only within Malaysia. We do not ship internationally or to addresses outside of Malaysia.
2. Shipping Fees
All orders shipped within Malaysia are eligible for FREE shipping. No additional shipping charges will be applied to your order.
3. Shipping Timeframe
- Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Business days exclude weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays in Malaysia.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
4. Order Processing
- All orders are subject to product availability.
- If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and provide options for a refund or replacement.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (MYT) will be processed on the next business day.
5. Delivery Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
- The Company is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

- You may use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through our designated courier service.
7. Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages
- If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., recipient unavailable, wrong address), the courier may return the package to us.
- If the package is returned, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional fees may apply.
- Unclaimed packages may be refunded (minus shipping costs, if any) after 30 days of no response from the customer.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- While we take great care in packaging your orders, in the rare event that your Goods arrive damaged or are lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Customer Support Email] with photographic evidence.
